The 9th Massachusetts Regional Caring Science Consortium Conference (2nd Zoom Virtual Conference), entitled

Flourishing in the Wake of COVID: Caring-Healing of Mind-Body-Spirit through Reflective Practice, Mindfulness, and Personal Alignment

will be held via ZOOM on Thursday, April 8, 2021 from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm, Eastern Daylight Time. Those who have registered for this program will have received conference connection links and instructions via the email address they provided.

PLEASE NOTE

  • Participants are asked to connect to the ZOOM by or before 10:55 AM Eastern Time, at least 5 minutes before the program is to begin.
  • All participants will be placed in a waiting room when they log in. Participants who connect by 10:55 will be admitted when the program begins. Participants who connect later will be admitted as soon as possible.
  • Please have paper, pen and pencil available for activities during the program.

Most Recent Consortium Conference

The last free, online MRCSC program, entitled Human-Centered Leadership in Healthcare, was held on Tuesday, October 26, 2021. It was well attended with over 400 registrants.  The key speakers were nurse authors and entrepreneurs, Kay Kennedy, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, CPHQ; Susan Campis, MSN, RN, NE-BC; and Lucy Leclerc, PhD, RN, NPD-BC, co-authors of the 2020 article in Nurse Leader, “Human-Centered Leadership: Creating Change from the Inside Out”, and the soon to be published book, Human-Centered Leadership in Healthcare: Evolution of a Revolution, with a foreword by Jean Watson. The speakers also serve as Senior Principal Consultants for “uLeadership, LLC”,  a consulting team teaching nurses and other healthcare leaders a new contemporary approach to Human-Centered Leadership in Healthcare.

The MRCSC  thanks the speakers, Merrimack College for providing the Zoom Webinar venue,  Endicott College for applying for attendees CEUs, and of course the MRCSC leadership team for arraigning this program.
